"Feeding had become something I dreaded. I was in so much pain every time my baby latched and nothing I tried seemed to help. I decided to book in with Lindsay. She was so kind and reassuring  within a couple of sessions, the pain eased, and feeding finally became something I could enjoy again.”

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

We're here to help!

Many parents experience issues like nipple pain, latch difficulties, engorgement, low milk supply, or blocked ducts. These are very common, and with the right guidance, most challenges can be resolved.

Proper latch and positioning are key. Our support includes hands-on guidance and practical tips to reduce friction, soreness, and cracking, making breastfeeding more comfortable from the start.

Not at all. Even if you’ve been struggling for weeks, support can help you overcome issues, reduce discomfort, and improve your breastfeeding experience for both you and your baby.

Support can include personalised consultations, guidance on positioning and latch, strategies for increasing comfort, advice on pumping and milk supply, and emotional support to boost confidence.

Midwives provide essential care and support, but in the NHS they often have limited time (Lindsay knows this first hand!) This means it can be difficult to get the in-depth, hands-on guidance you need.

Our support gives you the time and attention to work through these issues properly. We focus solely on your individual needs, providing practical, step-by-step guidance, demonstrations, and follow-up advice that simply isn’t always possible in standard NHS appointments.
