We'll assess your symptoms, movement and health history, walk you through our findings and present a clear treatment plan with your options and costs. You leave with a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Please allow up to 30 minutes.
Full consultation plus additional time to begin your treatment plan in the same session, allow up to 60 minutes. Whether focused shockwave therapy is appropriate at the first session is entirely at your clinician's discretion.
A £35 deposit secures your appointment, with the balance for treatment payable at the session.

Location
We have three convenient locations, all situated in the heart of their town centres. One is in Great Dunmow, just a 2-minute walk from Chequers Lane car park. Another is at Upton House in Royston. Our newest clinic, Hellier Health Saffron Walden, opens at Winstanley House on Market Hill in August 2026. For patients with limited mobility, parking is available on site at our Dunmow location – simply give us a call or email in advance, and we’ll reserve a space for you.
