Ideal if you'd like to understand what's going on before committing to treatment. We'll assess your symptoms, movement and medical history, walk you through our findings and present a clear treatment plan with your options and costs. You leave with a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Please allow up to 30 minutes.
Full asssessment plus additional time to begin your treatment plan in the same session. Please allow up to 60 minutes. A £35 deposit secures your appointment, with the balance for treatment payable at the session. Whether focused shockwave therapy is appropriate at the first session is entirely at your clinician's discretion.

Location
We have three convenient locations, all situated in the heart of their town centres. One is in Great Dunmow, just a 2-minute walk from Chequers Lane car park. Another is at Upton House in Royston. Our newest clinic, at Winstanley House on Market Hill in Saffron Walden, opens in August 2026. For patients with limited mobility, parking is available on site at our Dunmow location – simply give us a call or email in advance, and we’ll reserve a space for you.
