Pain & Injuries
Ideal if you'd like to understand what's going on before committing to treatment. We'll assess your symptoms, movement and medical history, walk you through our findings and present a clear treatment plan with your options and costs. You leave with a diagnosis and a treatment plan. Please allow up to 30 minutes.
Full asssessment plus additional time to begin your treatment plan in the same session. Please allow up to 60 minutes. A £35 deposit secures your appointment, with the balance for treatment payable at the session. Whether focused shockwave therapy is appropriate at the first session is entirely at your clinician's discretion.
For patients who have seen us within the past 6 months and require further treatment. Please allow 30 minutes.
A powerful combo of hands-on therapy and focused shockwave therapy to target deep tissue pain and stubborn injuries. Please allow 30 minutes. Important: You must have had a new patient assessment first to ensure this treatment is safe.
A focused assessment of how you walk and/or stand, examining the alignment and movement of your feet, ankles, knees, and hips to identify links to pain or injury. Includes detailed analysis using specialist technology and, where appropriate, prescription of tailored orthotics. If required, custom orthotics are priced at £315. Please allow 60 minutes.
Podiatry / Chiropody & Foot Health
Full asssessment plus additional time to begin your treatment plan in the same session. Please allow up to 45 minutes. .

Men's Health
A confidential one-to-one consultation focused on men’s health concerns, which may include erectile dysfunction, prostatitis, pelvic pain, urinary symptoms, or other related conditions. We’ll take a detailed medical history, discuss the nature and duration of your symptoms, and carry out an appropriate clinical assessment to understand the underlying cause. Where relevant, we can also discuss suitability for focused shockwave therapy or other evidence-based treatment options. Please allow 45 minutes.
Mother's & Babies
A relaxed, one-to-one phone call with a pre & postnatal consultant, designed to support you wherever you are in your pregnancy or postnatal journey. Whether you're preparing for birth or adjusting to life with your newborn, this gives you the space to talk things through, ask questions, and explore what kind of support might help you most - both now and in the months ahead. Your baby’s first appointment is all about understanding what may be contributing to their discomfort. We’ll carry out a detailed assessment, including a discussion about your baby’s birth, medical history, feeding, sleep, and any concerns, along with a gentle evaluation of how they move and respond. We will then proceed with treatment. Appointments last up to 60 minutes. A £35 deposit secures your appointment, with the remaining balance for treatment payable at the session.

We are situated at 12 Stortford Road, in the heart of Dunmow town centre. For patients with limited mobility, parking is available on site at our Dunmow location – simply give us a call or email in advance, and we’ll reserve a space for you.
