Angus Hellier

Osteopath

About Angus

Since earning his degree from the European School of Osteopathy, Angus has spent over 20 years honing his skills in leading clinics across East Anglia and London. After more than 20 years in Dunmow, he moved to Herefordshire but continues to visit periodically to provide osteopathic care to his loyal patients. His strong reputation in the region is built on his exceptional practical osteopathic abilities.

Angus is known for his ability to detect even the subtlest signs of dysfunction – whether oedema, stiffness, or imbalance – and deliver treatment with expertise. Each session is tailored to the individual, ensuring the best possible results.

What truly sets Angus apart is his meticulous approach to osteopathic joint manipulation. He has an exceptional ability to identify restricted or hypomobile joints with precision, expertly articulating and manipulating them to restore optimal physiological function and mobility.

His approach ensures that no area of dysfunction, whether structural or functional, is overlooked, resulting in a bespoke treatment that promotes healing, alleviates pain and enhances overall well-being. Such precision and execution demand not only advanced technical expertise but also a deep understanding of biomechanics and the body’s natural healing processes.

Patients continue to hold Angus’ approach in very high regard and have done over the years for its transformational effects, reporting significant pain relief, improved mobility and a renewed quality of life.

When he’s not performing life changing work, he likes to keep himself busy working through an endless list of self-inflicted DIY tasks or tinkering with his 1990 Land Rover Defender!
